Feeling in need of something sweet I decided to make a dessert with tonight’s evening meal. We don’t usually have one as we have been eating healthily and getting fit but I found the most amazing Apple and Almond Pudding over on Wholefood Simply. It’s free from gluten, dairy, grains and refined sugar. Oh my it was moist, light and simply delicious. Quick and easy to prepare, 35-40 mins in the oven and voila! This one is a keeper.
