Oh my word. A friend pointed me in the direction of this scrumptious slice that is ideal for packing in lunch boxes. I wasn’t too sure how it would be received by some member’s of the family as it has desiccated coconut and sultanas in it. Dylan didn’t like the sultanas so I made it again and this time I changed the sultanas for cranberries and if anything, it’s even better.
I imagine you can swap any of the fruit ingredients for a different type of dried fruit. I also think this would be great with white chocolate chips instead of dark chocolate, which I think would work well with the cranberries.
These delicious slices are so easy to make and take only 30 minutes (including prep time). I only wish I’d found the recipe sooner.
